Businesses Case Building Programs are designed to assist groups of regional or industry companies overcome endemic difficulties in planning their growth.
They are particularly effective in regional areas where resident business skills and support are lower than in metro business communities. Similarly, they are very useful in industries which are not adapting well to change.
Programs typically engage 12 – 14 companies and run for 12 weeks. They feature a tailored mixt of group learning, work on own companies, intensive mentoring, and culminate in a presentation to an Expert Panel.
If the participating companies are chosen well they can be dramatically effective.
