In order to effectively induct companies into Regional and Industry Development Strategies, Pyksis has developed a methodology of stakeholder recruitment and mobilisation.
Stakeholders can then be mobilised to nominate companies to participate in the strategies.
Done properly this is a very effective recruitment process in that it leverages trusted intermediaries in selling the strategies.
Programs are designed for each area and for each type of strategy.
The process has been tested and developed in NSW, Victoria, ACT and SA.
